  • Fundamentals: Establishes the basics for your practice in a slower workshop setting; a chance to ask questions and get in depth information while still enjoying yoga.
  • Core Basics: An in depth look at your center—the perfect "preparation" for the more advanced CORE class.
All Levels
  • Pranayama: An hour of pure power breathing. Guaranteed this class will surprise you. Too many benefits to list! (60 min)
  • Restore: Restore energy, vitality, mobility and more in this gentle viniyoga based movement class. Looking to get loose and relaxed? This class rocks! (80 min)
  • Express: 45 minute class devoted to sun salutes. A great intro to the longer power classes. (45 min)
  • Soft Flow: Emphasizing the AGE OLD concept of moving meditation. This class links traditional yoga poses together with gentle transitions to leave you energized and massaged. (85 min)
  • Yin Yoga: Targets connective tissue. Nurtures healing by holding posed for increased duration. A slow, deep stretch. (75 min)
Specialty Classes
  • Prenatal: For mom's to be and brand new mom's! (75 min)
  • Postnatal: For brand new mom's and the babies too. Do yoga with your baby by your side, no need for a sitter! Strengthen your core, enjoy some quiet time, and have fun with baby and with other new mom's. (85 min)
  • Yoga for Athletes: Strengthen your core, open your hips, work with deep stretches for the lower body and experience magic mobility for your lower back. The perfect cross training workout for you! (75 min)
  • Yoga Kids: Fun yoga for children ages 4-9. The BEST! (60 min)
  • Teen & Tween: A little more serious than the kids yoga. Still fun and friendly for ages 10-15. (60 min)
  • Power Hour 4 Men: John's class reserved for just the men folk. (75 min)
  • Yoga for Bigger Bodies: Proves that Yoga is for every body. A very popular class for all who feel their body is "too big" to "bend" that way! (75 min)
  • Yoga for Stiffer Bodies: Dynamic flow series followed by deep overall stretching for the stiff body. Unlock your hips, stretch your thighs, relieve your back and open your chest. (75 min)
  • Sweat & Soul: Vinyasa flow power class focusing on movement and connection breath while flowing to a soulful music playlist. You will leave feeling sweaty, rejuvenated and energized! (75 min)
  • Yoga for Chinese Speakers: Bring the whole family to this class! For anyone who speaks Chinese, or hopes to learn. (75 min)
  • Core: Move from your center, get stronger from the inside out. Challenge your proprioceptive body. Work your abs, your back and (some claim) your buns. This is the most concentrated class on the schedule, yet is accessible to most participants. (75 min)
Power Classes
  • Power Hour: One hour of non-stop vinyasa flow. (60 min)
  • Power One: Movement linked with breath to work your entire body, refresh your mind, and soothe your spirit.

  • Power 1 & 2: Still that same movement linked with breath, a tad (okay, maybe more than a tad) more challenging. (65 min)
  • Power Unplugged: Power class only groovier. Move at a slower pace, hold poses longer, revel in your breath more. (75 min)
  • Deep Power: A different approach to power yoga with longer asana holds and a focus on the core. Challenging for the body, but even more so for the mind. Deep power requires you to stay, feel & breathe. Go deep. A nice alternative to vinyasa flow. (75 min)
