Ashley
Ashley first discovered yoga almost ten years ago but it wasn’t until she discovered power vinyasa flow yoga that she was hooked! She loved the simplicity of it- it’s about learning how to move moment by moment, breath by breath. In 2007 she trained and certified to teach with D’ana Baptiste. She has attended a number of other workshops with incredible teachers including Christy Burnette, Rolf Gates, Nancy Ruby and Salt Lake’s own Scott Moore.

Ashley's yoga teaching is about helping people to create a greater sense of balance and an overall awareness in everyday life. She believes that yoga is the perfect compliment to an active lifestyle; hiking, climbing, running, or wherever your life takes you. She says, “We can all benefit by taking a moment to just breathe.”

When not teaching yoga or playing outdoors, she can usually be found (or not) on a road trip somewhere.
