Originally from the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, Erin received her formal education in English literature and philosophy. She is currently completing her doctorate at the University of Utah. As a black belt and instructor in the Korean martial art of Moo Gong Do, Erin has over 10 years of experience teaching the art of movement and meditation. Her goal as a yoga teacher is to provide an opportunity for each individual to discover his or her own yoga. The ultimate purpose of this endeavor is to live radiantly by bringing mind, body, and spirit into greater harmony.
