Over ten years ago, Stephani was a seasoned runner and triathlete drawn to yoga ago as a cross training outlet. In addition to injury prevention, she was attracted to the simplicity, freedom of movement and non-competitive nature of yoga. Stephani has an M.S. in Community Health Education and has worked in the health education and wellness fields since completing her degrees. She has found yoga to be a great component of a strong wellness philosophy in both her own life and the lives of others.
She has been teaching yoga since 2004 and is certified at the 500 hr. level with D’ana Baptiste. Stephani is passionate about enriching her yoga practice and loves both the transformative and physical aspects equally. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast and, when time allows, you’ll likely find her tearing up single-track or hunting for powder at Snowbird with her husband Ben, gardening or attending a yoga class for herself.
