Ana Forrest
Ana Forrest is well known for her strong and beautiful yoga, and more importantly her ability to touch students at a core level, assisting them to access their true spirit. Ana uses the process of yoga as a sacred practice that honors the individual spiritually, emotionally and physically. She began yoga at the age of 14 on the dare of a friend, and was horrified to find that she could only reach her thighs in a forward bend. Without understanding her motivation, she returned and signed up for a full course. In retrospect, Ana recognizes this moment of return as Magical Intervention.

Bryan Kest
Now 38, Bryan Kest has been practicing yoga for more than 24 years. He initially studied in Hawaii with David Williams, the first person to bring Ashtanga yoga to America. He then studied in India with K. Pattabhi Jois, the main proponent of Ashtanga yoga. Kest has been teaching yoga for 19 years.
