Registration, logistics, and policies for Summer 2026

  • We strictly organize our programs for ages 6-10.

This policy ensures our educators can tailor the curriculum appropriately and that all children have a successful social experience. Please Note: We reserve the right to cancel and refund your registration if a child is signed up for the incorrect age group.

  • Our standard weekly day camps are $450 per week.

Get a head start on summer by pre-registering between March 1st and March 15th. You’ll snag a $50 discount per week when you pay in full at the time of sign-up.

Don’t wait—space is limited and spots fill up fast!

  • Joining a waitlist is free. When a camp is marked "Full," proceed to the registration page and select "ADD TO WAITLIST."

    • If a spot opens, you will be notified via email immediately.

    • You are officially on the list only if the waitlisted item appears in your cart and you complete the checkout process (at $0 cost).

    • Deleting the item from your cart removes you from the list.

  • All participants must have a signed waiver and photo release on file. Additionally, if your child has a medical condition (allergies, asthma, etc.) requiring care or medication, you must submit a Medical Management Plan.

This plan must be uploaded to your online account at least two weeks prior to your camp start date.

  • If your child brings medication to camp or has a specific condition, we require a written plan that includes:

    1. Details of the condition (triggers, symptoms).

    2. Action plan for emergencies (step-by-step instructions).

    3. Location of medication (e.g., "In child's backpack").

    4. Written prescription/dosage information from a licensed practitioner.

    5. Written authorization from a parent/guardian for staff to administer medication if necessary.

  • Safety is our priority. All True Nature naturalists hold basic First Aid certifications.
