I find great joy teaching yoga at CCY because it intertwines with my work as a private-practice therapist in Salt Lake City. Science now backs what the ancient yogis knew; that all people benefit from mindfulness and movement, both on and off the mat. As a 500-hundred-hour instructor, I will remind you about the sacred practice of yoga and the value of being in the moment. Importantly, I will remind you to breathe and have FUN! I love to curate thoughtful playlists (think Leon Bridges, J-Cole, Khruangbin, Trevor Hall, and Krishna Das) while I remind you to drop into sensation and be here now. As a 30+ year yogi, I teach for longevity with cues to avoid injury and suggestions for finding inner peace in mind, body, and spirit.
