This class is for anyone wanting to slow down the process of opening, while still gaining strength. It is a slower paced class by design, where props are utilized in the best of ways, and each student has the time to really find their best place in their postures in each new moment. Core engagement is key while learning to slowly open tight muscles in a comfortable environment. This class is great for yogis wishing to transition to power classes, those with very tight bodies, and anyone on their way back from an injury wishing to practice yoga and slowly regain strength and flexibility.

Rebecca Long Okura has been studying Zen for more than 20 years in the White Plum lineage. In 2020, the abbot of Sensei's sangha acknowledged her as a Zen teacher. Sensei teaches Zen to a sangha of Zen practitioners and also has a business providing Zen-based personal coaching to anyone interested in using Zen concepts and practices to improve their lives.
In this meditation class Sensei will provide instruction on meditation practice and meditative walking in between periods of sitting meditation. The meditation techniques covered in this class are traditional Zen practices that have been conveyed through oral and written teachings for hundreds of years. We look forward to sharing them with you.

Learn about the original inhabitants of Utah. their food, clothes, and traditions. Make a headband, teepee, and eco- dream catcher. Campers will strengthen a connection to themselves and other.
In Fall the leaves are falling off the trees. What things in our life can we let go of that are no longer serving us or moving us forward? An old pair of shoes, memories, clothes, etc.
Learn the Gift of Listening and what gets in the way of listening.
