We offer two distinct formats to fit your life: an extended weekend format for 2026, and a condensed 21-day immersive for 2027.
Fall 2026
Extended Weekend Format
Designed for those working standard schedules. We meet every other weekend throughout the fall, allowing you time to digest the material and practice between sessions.
Weekend Hours
Fridays: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Sat & Sun: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday Hours (4pm - 7pm)

21-Day Immersive
Step away from your daily routine and completely submerge yourself in yoga. Our 21-Day Immersive is an intensive, retreat-style learning experience right here in SLC.

To graduate and receive your certificate, 100% attendance is required. However, we understand emergencies happen. Missed hours can be made up through private sessions with the lead instructors (additional fees apply).
